Note: Single day passes are available at a flat rate of $170. Members of the IAN Membership Program will receive a $25 discount code to use at registration.

Yes, the number of attendees we can host per day is limited. Register today to reserve your spot!

The deadline to pre-register online for the Summit is April 3, 2026.

Yes. First, fill out the registration form for yourself. On the Additional People screen, click the "Add Another Person" button to add someone else to your registration. The registering attendee will be asked to provide payment for all members in their group.

No, all registrations are final upon submission.

Yes. If your out-of-school time program is interested in obtaining a scholarship for a registration, please contact us about scholarship opportunities for program providers.

If our daily registration limits have not been met, onsite registration will be available. Please arrive prepared with a check or credit card to pay for your registrations, as we will not be accepting any other payment methods onsite.

If you wish to make any registration modifications, please contact us directly. The registration transfer deadline is April 3, 2025.

The Summit will be held at the Embassy Suites in Plainfield, IN. 
 
The Event Center is connected to the hotel and can be accessed from inside the building or from the parking lot just south of Perry Road.

Summit registration will include all-day beverage service, as well as the following meals:

We're happy to offer CEUs, which can be used for the Child and Youth Care Worker Certification (CYC), Professional Growth Plan (PGP), or other certifications/credentials. Summit attendees can visit the registration desk onsite for more information.

Yes! All Summit registrants will be sent an invitation to download the mobile app as we move closer to the event date.

Any session materials that Summit presenters provide to us will be available within the mobile app prior to the event. Note that some presenters do not share their session materials because they contain proprietary information.
