About the Summit
The Indiana Summit on Out-of-School Learning is the state’s leading conference for out-of-school time programs. Each year, the Summit brings together youth program providers, community partners, and afterschool champions to share ideas, access practical tools, and strengthen learning opportunities beyond the school day. Join hundreds of OST professionals working to elevate quality and outcomes for young people across Indiana.

Summit Location
We’re back at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Plainfield, Indiana. Just off I-70 and only 10 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport, the venue offers both convenience and comfort – with easy access to Indianapolis’ Mile Square and attractions like The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. Attendees can enjoy onsite amenities including free parking, a fitness center, indoor pool, complimentary made-to-order breakfast, and an evening reception.
