Dr. Regina Beard, RN, is a healthcare professional, educator, and founder of VicTory 4 Kidz, an organization dedicated to creating a zeal for healthcare career exploration among students in grades 3–12. Drawing on her nursing experience and passion for youth development, she creates engaging, hands-on opportunities that introduce young people to the many possibilities within the healthcare workforce. Dr. Beard has developed after-school programming that begins career exposure as early as third grade, helping students connect learning, curiosity, and real-world healthcare experiences. Her work emphasizes early career awareness, interactive learning, mentorship, and meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations. Through VicTory 4 Kidz, Dr. Beard is committed to inspiring the next generation to see themselves as future healthcare professionals and leaders.
