Brittany is the founder and owner of Soul Care Coaching, where she provides coaching, consulting, training, and professional development for individuals and organizations, helping leaders thrive in both their careers and relationships as they become refreshed, renewed, and restored. She spent a decade as an elementary classroom teacher in Indianapolis before following a deeper calling into full-time vocational ministry in 2017, serving as a pastor at two multi-site churches in the area. In 2019, she earned a Certificate in Discipleship from TCM, further equipping her for spiritual leadership and care. She is married to her college sweetheart, and together they are raising two children. At the core of all she does is this purpose: to make a difference in her family and community by loving God and loving people.
