Dr. Tamisha Sales is the Director of Evaluation & Learning at the Girl Scouts Coalition of Indiana, where she leads statewide efforts in organizational learning. With nearly two decades of experience in nonprofits and education, her work focuses on helping organizations translate community insights into sustainable program improvement. Dr. Sales earned her Ph.D. in Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. Her research explores how mission-driven organizations learn with the communities they serve, ensuring that community voice leads to lasting impact for children and families. She is passionate about building organizational capacity that ensures equity, responsiveness, and continuous learning.
