Monique Kerr is a Senior Project Director with the Central Indiana Area Health Education Center (CI-AHEC), where she leads healthcare career pipeline, youth enrichment, STEM, and workforce development initiatives. Since joining CI-AHEC in 2014, she has advanced from Project Assistant to Senior Project Director and has developed partnerships with schools, healthcare organizations, colleges and universities, community organizations, physicians, and other professionals. Her work includes designing and coordinating hands-on healthcare career camps, STEM programming, career exploration experiences, and Community Health Worker workforce development programs serving hundreds of students and community members annually. Monique holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, earned cum laude, and a master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Indianapolis. She is a Certified Community Health Worker through the Indiana Community Health Workers Association and has been an American Heart Association CPR Instructor for more than 10 years. Monique is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that help young people explore their interests, build confidence, and envision themselves in careers they may have never previously considered.
