As our Strategic Facilitator and Business Development Lead, LeeAnn helps us expand our presence in Indianapolis. She maintains and develops new relationships with partners in the Central Indiana area, and works with them to identify training and coaching needs. LeeAnn earned her Masters in Social Work in 2002, and has spent her entire career in the non-profit sector, serving most recently as Chief Operations Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis. LeeAnn enjoys time outdoors whether it is hiking or kayaking, or just working in her garden. Her guilty pleasure is ice cream and sleeping in.
