With over 20 years of experience in public education as an instructional coach, school administrator, and curriculum developer, Emily holds a Master’s degree specializing in human behavior, well-being, and self-awareness. Now in [their/his/her] fifth year of consulting, Emily partners with youth-serving organizations, schools, and corporate teams across Indiana to deliver actionable professional development, character curricula, and workforce development strategies. A frequent speaker and trusted voice at the Indiana Summit on Out-of-School Learning for five consecutive years, Emily specializes in emotional intelligence, middle leadership coaching, and innovative Graduation Pathways design.
