HEAR ME is an interactive experience designed for educators and out-of-school time professionals who want to strengthen the way they connect, communicate, and engage with young people. Participants will not simply hear about strategies. They will experience them through movement, activities, discussion, reflection, and real-life scenarios. Using the HEAR ME framework, participants will explore the power of words, look beyond behavior, replace assumptions with curiosity, listen with purpose, communicate intentionally, and approach conflict as an opportunity for connection and growth. Participants will leave with practical strategies and activities they can immediately use to strengthen youth voice, relationships, engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
