Allison Ferguson is the Associate Director of Membership at Indiana Afterschool Network, where she leads efforts to grow and strengthen the IAN Membership Program. She works to expand engagement by increasing access to resources, creating meaningful experiences for providers, and elevating the impact of youth-serving professionals. Allison is passionate about building connections that help programs feel supported and connected across the field. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs or getting lost in a good book.
