Shannon is a program director with the School Care Team and is committed to being a lifelong learner. Some notable certifications include Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, EQ Practitioner, Suicide Prevention, WRAP Level 1 & 2, and Executive Leadership Coaching. Shannon has crafted her skills to work with youth and adults from all backgrounds. In addition, she has worked in addiction services, the nonprofit sector, and church ministries. She was recently chosen to represent northeast Indiana as part of the Youth Worker Wellbeing Advisory Committee state-wide.
