Anna Holloway serves at the Farm to School Value Chain Coordinator at the Indiana Department of Health, where she works to strengthen connections between Indiana farmers, food distributors, and schools. Her role focused on building sustainable systems for local food procurement and supporting statewide efforts to expand farm to school access. Before joining IDOH, Anna was a food service director and farm to school coordinator in a rural Montana school district. There, she led farm to cafeteria initiatives, build partnerships with local producers, and developed hands-on food and garden education programs for students. With deep experience in both school nutrition and local food systems, Anna brings a practical, systems-based approach to her work.
