Kristin Stayer (she/her) has dedicated her career to education and community development. As Vice President of Engagement and Educator Experiences, she is committed to growing Mizzen’s practitioner community, championing out-of-school-time leaders, and creating inspiring spaces for youth learning and staff development. Before joining Mizzen, Kristin was the National Manager of Curriculum and Content Development for After-School All-Stars. Prior to that, for a decade, she directed the Park Place Community Center in Anderson, Indiana, partnering with the neighborhood to develop sustainable solutions to community needs in education, health, and food access. Kristin holds a Bachelor’s degree in social work from Anderson University, a Master’s in urban studies from Eastern University, and a creative placemaking certificate from the New Hampshire Institute of Art. She and her husband are foster and adoptive parents to five children.
