Erin Slater is the founder of Intentional Coaching + Consulting, an executive coaching and leadership development firm that partners with Indiana nonprofit leaders, leveraging a national team of certified coaches who have deep nonprofit and out-of-school time expertise.

A seasoned veteran nonprofit executive, she spent over a decade growing College Mentors for Kids into a nationally recognized out-of-school-time program, reaching multiple states and serving thousands of children each year, with nearly 100,000 volunteer hours. As CEO, she doubled the organization’s staff, volunteers, and revenue while guiding multi-state expansion, earning two Indiana Achievement Awards for impact and sustainability, and national recognition on The Martha Stewart Show. Erin has been honored with the IBJ’s Forty Under 40, Junior Achievement’s Indy’s Best & Brightest, and the Indiana Commission for Women’s Torchbearer Award.
