Sam Crecelius has been part of the team at Diehl Consulting Group (DCG) since 2008 and currently serves as a Managing Partner. At DCG, he has led evaluations in multiple settings, including afterschool programming, education, social services, professional development, and workforce. He has 20 years of experience in the field of afterschool programming, both as an evaluator and practitioner. He has been speaking on afterschool and other youth development topics for over 10 years and has given presentations at a variety of venues including the USDOE 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Summer Institute, Multi-State 21st CCLC Conference, Indiana Summit on Out-Of-School Learning, Help Me Grow Forum, First Steps Conference, and Strengthening Families Institute. Sam has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Indiana University Southeast and a master’s degree in communication from Indiana State University. Prior to joining Diehl, Sam worked as an assistant project director and site coordinator for two 21st CCLC programs.
