Jennifer Bellville, Senior Consultant, has a background in the design and implementation of mixed-methods evaluations. Jennifer enjoys working collaboratively with partners to create customized evaluation approaches that help organizations access the data and knowledge they need to make strategic decisions, deliver their programs more effectively, and communicate their impact to a variety of audiences. As a member of the Diehl Consulting Group team, Jennifer supports 21st CCLC afterschool programs across Indiana, out-of-school time work with the Indiana Department of Education, and youth worker wellness with the Indiana Youth Services Association. Jennifer has a Master of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Jennifer has presented at conferences and trainings on a range of evaluation-related topics including communicating data findings, responsive evaluation and reporting, leveraging evaluation to support programming, team building, qualitative data analysis, and data visualization. Jennifer is engaged in giving back to the evaluation community as a member of the Indiana Evaluation Association’s program committee, providing opportunities for those interested in evaluation to network, share resources, and grow their skills through professional development.
