Beth Bowling is a nonprofit and workforce development leader certified in grant writing with more than 20 years of experience in the public sector. She received both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Culture and Master of Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University. She has been recognized for her achievements as a finalist for Indy’s Best Brightest in the Education and Nonprofit Sector in 2023 and 2024 as well as a Higher Performer Awardee for her numerous years of service dedicated to Hoosier students through the Jobs for America’s Graduates program among other distinctions. Her passions for youth and the Indianapolis community have led her to roles at organizations such as the YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs, 21st Century Scholars, JAG (Jobs for America’s Graduates), EmployIndy, Marian University and IndyGo. In each of her roles, she has successfully led grant efforts that contributed to the overall program funding strategy and increased organizational capacity.
