Lillian Barkes is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Listen to Our Future Inc., a BIPOC-led nonprofit based in Indianapolis that provides educational services for youth through tutoring, project-based learning, and youth employment. A 2019 graduate of IUPUI with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and a dual license in reading, plus a concentration in math and science, Lillian combines classroom expertise with grassroots leadership to create equitable learning environments. Under her leadership, Listen to Our Future has grown to serve thousands of students with evidence‑based interventions and student‑driven programming.
