This interactive session will introduce trauma-informed strategies that empower OST staff to respond to challenging behaviors while building brave spaces where all youth feel they belong. Participants will explore the "why" behind youth behavior, learn co-regulation techniques, and discover how to create psychologically safe environments that strengthen relationships, promote regulation, and build resilience for youth from all backgrounds.
